Team wod at CFES:

AMRAP in 20 minutes:
Teams of 3, one person Run, one person Burpees, one person rest. When the runner gets back they start burpees, the burpees person rests, and the resting person runs. Count total burpees for score.

I got in 146 burpees in 8 rounds. Total team score was 322(2nd place).
