UH-OH

Here's Jenna doing a nice job keeping those arms straight through the pull. Now let's continue to work on that full hip extension. Remember, when the arms bend, the power ends!
Nice straight backs on those power cleans from everyone. Focsuing on the core first is going to make everyone strong!
