Four rounds, each for time of:
800 meter run

Rest as needed between efforts.

3 deadlifts, 275# (throw end weights off)
5 deadlifts, 185#

5x for time:
10 pull-from-thigh, 185#
10 KB swing, 28kg

Stoked about my times. Did them on a track and went out on each faster than my best 400m time.
