Teams


Destini came over on Saturday and got her first taste of CrossFit.

WOD:
Teams of 2:
400m Odd Object Run, 20#
7 Rounds each
7 Burpees
7 Sit Ups
7 Lunges
400m Odd Object Run, 20#

Rules: Odd Object can never touch the ground during the entire wod. If it does each teammate must complete a 10 burpee penalty. There's rest here for a reason, sprint when it's your turn!
