IT'S MONDAY

We had a great group on Sunday. Here's Cat and Robert looking just as you should after a challenging team CrossFit wod.

100 ft Walking Lunges, 30# dumbbells
24" Box Jumps, 30 reps
30# Weighted Pull Ups, 20 reps
